Hello Sew News readers!
It has taken me a while to adjust to being the editor of Sew News in addition to my duties at Creative Machine Embroidery. That is why I have not written in this blog yet…but today is a new day, and I am excited to connect with all of you and tell you about all of the behind-the-scenes happenings at the Sew News offices.
Launching our Web sites has been a true test of patience. I’m sure most of you gave up for a while, what with all of our log-in problems and download failures! I do hope that you’ll continue to come back and check on things, as we are updating content daily and testing links constantly to ensure a positive online experience is had by all. Beyond the new issue contents and online-exclusive projects, we’re offering an entirely new community site where you can interact with fellow sewers and upload project instructions and photos in your very own gallery. There are sure to be more glitches as we fine-tune things, but I’m confident that we’ll have a site that’s worth the wait (and the initial frustration). Let us know the technical problems you’re having at firstname.lastname@example.org. For all other inquiries (not shopping or Web site related), contact the editorial team at email@example.com. We love to hear from you!
Thanks for reading Sew News!
