Enough table space to hold my sewing machine, serger, and embroidery machine and organize my sewing books and notions to always be accessible.
My new sewing room would be filled with everything magical made to make a woman fell beautiful!
LIGHT! I have found that tools and fabric and machines come naturally but light is something that can be hard to find.
Fabric and patterns
I would fill it with all the sewing I love to do.With every thing I need to do it.
A new 10 needle machine and some “real” sewing furniture.
Fill it with selves of fabric crafts and more crafts.
a lot of love and me, add more storage and tons of fabric!
I would fill my sewing room with the best sewing and creative magazines, like SewNews, the table my husband made me with love, my radio but most of all, my love for sewing!
LOVE! It would be filled with my love of the craft and all of the tools that I needed to be the best I can be; books, fabric, notions, a cutting table, different kinds of machines ….etc. It would also need a small sewing machine for my granddaughter.
If I had a New sewing room, I would fill it with a sewing table and fabric and patterns and lots of sunshine!
fabric and sewing machines for every purpose
A serger, embroidery machine, cutting table, cabinets for each machine and lots and lots of beautiful fabric!!!
cabinets to hold all my supplies and fabrics, a large board for designing quilts, and a new sewing machine to go with my serger and embroidery machine.
I would fill it with as much as will fit functionally! Sewing machine, serger, dress form, storage, fabric, patterns, cutting table, and good lighting. And of course fabric!
furniture that would be easy to use for storage as well as comfortable – TONS of beautiful fabric and embellishments and a brand new machine that will embroider as much and as big as I want and sew like a dream! Oh and a HUGE lock on the door so no one could bother me while I was sewing!
Super storage for my fabric and supplies, sufficient light sources so I can sew any time of day or night, a comfortable height cutting table, extra power outlets, bookshelves, and separate sewing tables for my sewing machine and serger.
Light and shelves to organize my books and supplies.
Lots and lots of shelves. Ceiling to floor. And peg board where I can’t get shelves.
…everything that is currently taking over my bedroom! I currently have my sewing stuff all in my room…and I’m not a neat sewer
I throw stuff in every direction LOL…
One thing I would add would be a storage shelf…one that has cubbies all up and down to categorize my abric by shade & print
I so have a fabric fettish
It really needs to be organized.
I already have lots of fabric, so I would get a long arm.
Fabric! Because I am a fabric junkie! Of course, I’d need some shelves and storage containers too to keep it all nice & neat!
I would want lots of light to see the wonderful colors and my pattern markings and be able to read. With lots of colorful materials and a good cutting table, good lighting is always an essential.
I would fill it with the Lords presence, then all things would work out like he wants them to
If I had a new sewing room I would fill it with fabric, fabric, and more fabric! I love fabric so much so that I think it’s the only reason I keep sewing…
If I had a new sewing room I would fill it with everything I need to make beautiful memories for my children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
I would like skylights for the natural lighting and I guess I would need some other. I’d like to have a whole wall of IKEA shelving for material, thread and other supplies. I would have lots of ribbons, buttons and other notions. I have a good Brother sewing machine but would really like one that does more, easier. I would need a good table for laying out, drawing, & cutting patterns. After all that I would fill it with the love I have of making things for my family, friends, and critters.
