This is the time of the year when I start planning Christmas for my 5 kids, 3 steps, 21 grandkids and 7 greats. Things start to get exciting.
I love making quilts this time of the year. I ususally make 2 or 3 before the holidays and then I have them for gifts. The above pattern would come in very handy for some of the quilts I do make. How pretty

Bringing out the ufo quilts to get started back on them now that fall is coming and I am inside more with the longer dark times! Back to a flying geese one this time!

My favorite Autumn project is a jacket for each of my granddaughters and a pair of overalls that my grandson asked for. I am also making tablerunners for Christmas remembrances.
Like to keep busy in the fall in MI when outside activities slow down. This year it’s making Cream Puff Christmas Trees (new pattern) for my daughter, Julie Creus, originator of the Kaflower Pattern of La Todera.
By summer’s end i’ve started halloween costumes and trick or treat bags. Then, I started making table runners and napkins for Fall/Thanksgiving and then I move on to Christmas projects and gifts. Have a nice weekend!
