I have used zippers in my crazy quilt work for years. I gather them up as flowers. I have used them on monster dolls for lips and teeth. I saw a great idea at the sewing machine store today. They used the dif colors on a throw pillow as decoration. They are such fun.

Not yet. I’ve only used the zipper as a zipper but I sometimes use a coordinating color instead of a match to add some interest to my garment. Or play with the zipper pull.
