Free Stuff Friday!

This week is a big one–We’re giving away one small/medium or large/extra large Flower Frill Templates set from Clover to FOUR lucky winners!

Use the templates to quickly and easily create fabric flowers to embellish accessories, garments or home-dec items. They would also be great to use as embellishments on a Valentine’s Day card for that special someone.

    I think it would be great to see Kate Goslin (?SP)..with the 8 children. That many kids I can’t help but think she would have some awesome sewing tips. Plus her 8 kids would be fabulous models for kids fashions too.

    And a suggestion for maybe an intermittent but recurring “guest”:
    Independent Pattern Company owners — have one every few episodes to talk about why each wanted to go that route, what their design philosophy is (and their inspiration) and then, if time permits, a short segment on making up one of their patterns.

    I’d like to see the DIY Dish girls — they’ve been on Nate Burkus (not for sewing though) is that sew-lebrity enough? If not — give me Nancy, Eleanor, or ANY of the public broadcasting shows. Love them all.

    First, I’d love it if the program was broadcast in my area! I’ve already emailed my local PBS station a couple of times and heard nothing back. For now, I’ll have to settle for your fabulous website!

    My choice for an interesting sew-lebrity would be Anya Ayoung-Chee, the winner of the last Project Runway. I’d love for her to teach us how to make one of her gorgeous maxi dresses!
