I hace made a few roses to embellish a garment but not anything else. Something for my “to try in retirement” list which is a few years down the road!
I have never made fabric jewelry but it looks really cool!
I haven’t, but I would love to experiment with this! I have gotten my daughter doing seed bead stitching and she loves it!
I have not, but i love to try new things
no
Sadly no, but I do love the look. Wide variety of options.
No I have never made fabric jewlery.. I finally have Daughter in laws and 2 Granddaughters so would like to make gifts for them!!
No, but always willing to learn something new!
I don’t make fabric jewelry very often, although I did make a felt bead set. My daughter however has made several crocheted necklaces using fabric strips and I have helped a friend make lovely scarf/necklaces from t-shirts cut in thin strips.
I have brought the instructions for fabric jewelry made with soft foam hair rollers, back and forth, from Illinois to Arizona, for the past 3 years and still haven’t started the project. Maybe this would give me inspiration to get moving on fabric jewelry!!
I’ve made friendship bracelets, but don’t know if that counts. I’ve seen lots of adorable fabric jewelry and I’m sure one day the urge will hit me and I’ll end up making something.
I have “attempted” several pieces of fabric jewelry. None of them turned out the way I had hoped but I will keep trying. Practice makes perfect, right? (or makes you crazy
)
I am positive I could created something wonderful with this!!
not in a long time. thinking that would look great on a fancy pillow for my bed.
oh, I have made little yo-yo pins, headbands, and barrettes for my 5 year old daughter.
by the way, that Dritz embellishment would be awesome on a long t-shirt dress.
I make free standing lace embroideries and have transformed them into jewelery. I add some beading ususally to make the stand out and they ususally turn out great. I have also made some simple fabric pins.
No I haven’t but have always wanted too!!!
I am trying but it takes alot of practice too make perfect! LOL!!!
I have never made fabric jewelry. I love to make jewelry so that has to be something I will need to learn how to do. I love learning new crafty things.
As of yet, the only fabric jewelry I have made was a pin with a spider cameo in it for a Halloween costume this past year. It turned out great and I plan on making more jewelry in the future.
Its on my bucket list – and I am now starting to cross off things would love to have more detailed instuctions – when I was younger could just look and see how to – now I am in my golden years (ha ha) I need detailed instuctions – how our lives change.
Yes I have. I made some cute crochetted bracelets that I embellished with buttons. Everyone I made them for loved them!
Yes and it’s so much fun. I’ve taken old clothes, twisted, tied and added beads to make fun necklaces my girls adore

I enjoyed this craft when my daughter was a little girl and now I would like to do it again and embelish some beautiful silk pillows I am making.
Not yet, toyed with the idea though…

Just tried a few things…this item is amazing and I want to learn more!
I’ve made a couple very basic pieces of fabric jewelry. I plan to make more when soon.
I have never made fabric jewelry. Not because I don’t want to, but because I never considered it before. Looks like a new world of creativity opening up for me!
Yes—Kanzashi Tsumami flower pins.
I have not made jewelry but ribbon jewelry looks beautiful and if I learn to do it then I could teach my Granddaughter.
No but it sounds like a lot of fun!
Oh this would be fabulos to try on a neckline
I haven’t had a chance to, but I want to learn and try it.
It’ really an embellishment on a fancy quilt block.
Would love to try this.
Just odds and ends for granddaughters to match new outfits made. But you have put some crazy ideas in my head and can’t wait to get started!
Putting on a fabric piece at the neckline of a t-shirt or blouse makes it unique. I have done this several times, since I do not own an embroidery machine. It’s a fun and easy project to make.
I used to make jewelry but haven’t lately. It’s really funny since yesterday I got some of my jewelry books out to start back.
I have only made Friendship bracelets with embroidery floss. Ironically my daughter mentioned she wants to try making jewelry with tulle so I’m very interested!
I have not made fabric jewelry yet. Lovely idea tho!
I have not make any fabric jewelry since I was a teenager it might be fun to do some with grandkids.
No, I have not, but I would love to learn!
