Welcome to Day 11 of the Sew it All TV 13 Days of Giveaways to celebrate Season 3 airing on PBS!
Thank you all for participating in yesterday’s giveaway! We asked “What kind of sewing/embroidery machine do you have/use?” Maybe the question should have been How many do you have? Many of you keep your old machines when you upgrade, for backups. That’s a great idea, as long as you have a place to store them!
Three lucky winners were chosen to win either a package of Sulky Tear-Easy, Soft ‘n Sheer Extra or Ultra Solvy stabilizer.
Congratulations to Savannagal, LeAnne and Kelly Sas! Email info@sewitalltv.com with your mailing address to receive your prize!
(Use your stabilizer and check out Eric Drexler’s episode, “Retro Needlework” to get the look of hand needlework in half the time.)
Today we’re giving away a copy of Sew it All Volume 2 to TWO lucky winners! Learn basic skills and techniques (including zipper application tips) and get instructions for 50 easy projects for all seasons.
(Get more zipper tips from Colbey Decker in her episode “Zip to it.”)
To enter to win this awesome prize and to be entered to win the GRAND PRIZE (Season 2 on DVD) simply answer this question in the comments section below:
“Where do you get your Sew News, CME and Sew it All magazines?”
The winners will be announced tomorrow along with the Day 12 prize! Good luck!

I have a subscription to Sew News – have for MANY years. The others I will purchase at JoAnn’s, now that they have finally opened a store closer to me. It was 120 miles (one way) away, now it’s just 65! Will probably subscribe before too long.
I have a subscription to SEW NEWS and to CME. But I’m not subscribed to SEW IT ALL yet. I watch the program on tv. I can’t wait to subscribe to this one too! I think the SEW NEWS magazine is the best thing that ever happened in the sewing history, I love it!!
I get Sew News and CME through the mail each month and really enjoy them both!
The Sew It All magazine I get through Joanns Fabric usually.
I get Sew News digitally in my email box. I get Sew It All atWalMart or London Drugs in British Columbia, Canada, usually. I think I bought one CME at Joann’s in Albuquerque maybe.
I have a subscription to Sew News and Love it!!! My sister got me my next yrs worth of Sew News as a Christmas gift. I love her and I love your magazine!!

I subscibe to the magazines and read them cover to cover. Love them!
Will have renew my subscription….But in the meantime I will be going online to stay in tune with what’s happening:)
I’m a beginner sewer and just subscribed to Sew News Magazine and I’m very excited. I also visit Sews News website to look around and get some ideas. Winning this subscription would add to my four books in my small collection and I would be very happy, especially since I have to wait between 6-8wks to get my first Sew News magazine. Unfortunately, since I’m new to sewing I had to look up what CME stood for, maybe I will subscribe to them in the future, one I get better with my sewing skills.
I get mine online
I have been trying to get a hold of vol 2 for so long! I have called every store. Searched every site. Ebay. Wanted ads. Waiting lists. Everything! I would just fall over and die if I won this (out of happiness, of course!) I can’t wait to find out tomorrow

I have found them at Hancock Fabrics.
I get it in the mail, it’s such a treat to see it in my box.
Sew News is the only one I have found in this area and I get that at the grocery store.

Get Sew News by subscription, and find Sew it All either at a drugstore, or at a store that sells magazines. Don’t always buy that one, but have a few. Thanks for the giveaway.
Sew News comes in the mail as a subscription (I’ve been a subscriber since the beginning, I think…) Sew It All is found at my local Jo Ann’s
I buy my Sew News magazines at either the grocery store or JoAnn’s.
I buy mine from Walmart, but I need to get a subscription so I do not miss an issure.
I read mine at the library, if someone hasn’t stolen it already.
I treat myself every once in a while from the newstand or bookstore.
I buy both Sew News & Sew It All at Joann’s. This is a great give away as I lost my copy! Actually I think I accidentally returned it to my library!
I get CME, Sew News (love it) and Embroidery at the house, i keep the magazines for archive BUT find myself using the websites for archives more (don’t know why) I’ll spend hours at a time going page by page through archives.
The second one is out?? Woot woot! Time to head to Barnes & Nobles! The JoAnn’s near me is pretty tiny, but MAYBE they’ll have it if I cant find it at B&N…
I have a subscription to Sew News, purchase Sew It All and CME at Books A Million. Getting ready to subscribe to CME. Great ideas in Sew It All as well as Sew News and CME. Look forward to each new issue. Thanks for the great ideas!
Don’t have any, would love to win this one.
I get mine at the fabric store usually. They have a fair selection, we lost our major fabric store and now it’s more difficult to find the magazines I want!
I receive those either through email or the mail.
