I think it would be great to do a project about how to sew with vinyl and other atypical fabrics since Halloween will be here before we know it and that brings opportunities to think outside of the box when it comes to fabric choices!

  5. gloria coles says:

I enjoy more on how to use all the designs on my machine. Ouilting with these and all the different threads you can use and still have a strong product.

I would like my PBS to actually show the episodes when the guide says it comes on. Oh wait, you probably wanted episode suggestions. I think a show about knits with pattern designer Christine Jonson, http://cjpatterns.com, would be good. No affiliation to her, I just like her patterns. Or the owner/designer of danamarie.com would be a fun guest with all the neat art to wear things she does on her site. Again, no affiliation.

I would love to see sewing a purse and easy crafts with fabrics. I have made quilts for years and would like something easy and quick to do with fabric. Also, wall decorations would be fun. Show how we can decorate our homes ourselves with fabric and a sewing machine. I need some help….or a push to say how easy it can be….and here are lots of ideas !

  26. BarbaraC says:

Oh so many things to learn! I’d love to learn how to work with knits. Also, how to work with really thick fabrics like upholstery weights. Thanks!
