My favorite things to make involves anything upcycled! I love to find pieces at the local thrift store’s $1 bag bin with fabric I love in forms nobody would love, and then turn them into something a little more modern and fun. I’ve turned sweaters into bags and purses and scarves, t-shirts into blankets, shirts into skirts…it doesn’t matter what it was, if I see it and am inspired, it’ll become something great!
I think my favorite thing to sew is dresses, especially the frilly ones for little girls. Their look of joy is priceless!
