I hate it when you you have a fabric without an obvious right side and notice after the project is almost finished it has a piece with the wrong side out.

  2. Laura Kerr says:

My pet peeve is not having enough room to leave my projects out until finished. I have a huge table at my disposal, it also serves for dinner so I have to clean up even if I’m not finished.

My biggest pet peeve is when someone uses my sissors without asking.

My pet peeve is never having enough time and not being able to find the fabrics and notions I want. There are no shops closer than 2 hours away. The internet does not let me feel the fabric for its hand and the colors are never a perfect match!

  9. florence salotto says:

I have to cover my cutting table, machine, every thing so the cat does not get
into it and mess it up. I stopped once for a few mins. and the cat was in the middle ,
of my project and some on the floar.

Sewing irritation? misplacing something in the midst of look for something else while it’s all there where I left it while answering the phone. DISTRACTION

  12. kim says:

My sewing pet peeved is not having enough ‘alone’ time so I can
sew! Having to stop sewing and cook/look at/ talk to- and do. MOM. things
really distracts me so I usually put off sewing until everyone either goes to bed or
    goes to work and school!

  13. Carolyn H says:

I agree with most of the posts. Having to stop to cook has to be the most irritating.

  14. Linda Canfield says:

I hate it when my cats decide to help with the cutting as I use a rotary cutter and I’m always afraid I will give one of them a good cut. Not only that but they manage to distort the fabric when they land on it

  15. Chantay H says:

My biggest pet peeve is not having enough fabric – in my stash, in the store, or for a pattern. I am always looking for my stash to increase. I have to travel 30 for decent fabric or drive 2 hours one way to a Joann’s. I by fabric I like and if I don’t have enough for the pattern I have to color piece it together.
