My favorite thing to make is purses! That way they are all unique.

I have made several totes this year. One for my little chihuahua’s supplies. She goes everywhere with me. Another is for my library books. I check out so many books I need something to carry them in. I have another tote made from recycled blue jeans for overnite trips.
My favorite thing to make would be purses. Sometimes I teach purse classes. The best part about teaching is that I always learn something myself. I love new patterns and often stumble upon new ways to do even simple tasks. Now, got to go sew. bye

Yes! I made grocery totes from advertising banner fabric. They are fun and a little more fun to carry. I have made several purses, wallets, cosmetic bags and checkbook covers. Always a good present
I do make bags! Here is the last one I made. I’ve been using it nonstop for all of my stuff and it even holds some of my kids’ items too!

Back during the preppy era I made my girls lots of bags to mimic the ones in stores. I also made many Bermuda bag covers. Right now I am making a ruffle tote from Sew Serendipity Bags.
I love sewing bags and totes! I like to use batiks and embellish them with machine embroidery. Even used camo to make totes for hubby, brother’s-in-law, nephews – it’s such fun
