Now, onto today’s giveaway. One lucky winner will be receiving a copy of Brett Bara’s book Sewing in a Straight Line (published by Potter Craft).  This fabulous book hosts quick and crafty projects that are fun to make and only require a straight stitch. Perfect for the beginner sewist or experienced pro looking for a fun project to fill an afternoon. Brett visited the Sew It All studios to tape an episode a few years ago, and she was a delight. Watch Brett make a shirred maxi dress in episode 301 of Sew It All. If you don’t win the book, consider picking up a copy for a friend or yourself.

To win, answer the following question in the comments section below:

Are you stitching (or crafting) a project for someone special this year? If so, what are you making?

One winner will be chosen tomorrow on the CME blog. Keep watching for the next 7 days of giveaways and have a wonderful Thursday!
