    I used to sew a lot for myself, but have gotten out of the groove. I need a good pattern fitting class, I think. When I did sew garments, setting in sleeves was my favorite thing to do.

    Have been looking for a new pattern for a tote bag. Love this one.
    I now mostly sew items that I can use as gifts – my favorite is a small travel size pillow case made from 2 fat quarters. everyone in the family got one several years ago at Christmas time. they also make wonderful new baby gifts.

    It’s hard to say. Little girls formal wear is fun and time consuming but I enjoy them. If I want to relax though, I like simple stuff like skirts or lounge pants. I’ve made pretty much everything and the only sewing I don’t like is repairs and alterations!

    What a fantastic tote! Gotta love it!! I love sewing all kinds of things, but haven’t found the love for alterations. I am looking to get back to sewing dresses and jackets for myself. My husband and I were reminiscing about the dresses I used to sew and how nice he thought they looked on me.

    I really love to sew dresses and purses. I like to find ways to recycle things from my closet into new uses. I also like to use some of my husbands old t shirts to turn into skirts. They are so cozy to wear.
