  6. I don’t have a favourite! I have two separate sections in my wardrobe: one for Winter and one for Summer and mix/ match according to how I’m feeling and what I’m wearing. I’ve started making bags for friends to turn them all as bonkers as me and so a pattern book would be awesome!!! Thanks for the opportunity. x

    A hipster with several pockets!

I like a small purse with a shoulder staprap. It just has to hold my cell and phone wallet. I hate digging in a large bag for something.

I used to carry a large ‘pocketbook’ that I stored my whole life in. I have now graduated to a small one, just larger than a wallet and carry a ‘tote’ with the various other things that I need on a daily basis. I can leave the tote in my car and just carry my small bag with me so I don’t have to lug a humungous bag around all the time.

I carry a fairly large purse so I have everything I might need. I’m not a little person, so a little bag would not look right anyway.

  18. mary jo schuette says:

I love crossbody purses. They’re hands free and don’t hurt my shoulders,

  19. Jane Meneilly says:

I like a bag that has enough room for the basics but HAS to have a pocket on the outside for my keys :)

  23. Lisa Shaw says:

I must say I am attracted to bags/totes of all shapes and sizes – as long as they are functional! If I’m going with a smaller purse – I like crossbody styles so my hands are free. I do think my next project will be some sort of tech bag that’s not overwhelming with pockets, zippers and hardware. Will definitely be checking out the books, blogs and websites you have posted! Great ideas :-)

  24. Mini says:

I like cross body bags. It’s easy to walk around with minimum stuff.

  36. Cecile says:

I like “nested” purses. One needs to be large enough to hold my water bottle, sunglasses, shawl, and reading material (like my copy of Sew News) as well as my smaller purse (with a long strap to be worn cross body) that holds smaller items. I can take the smaller one with me when I go into a store and leave the larger one in the car.

I love the tall shopper. It’s large enough to hold everything and can have lots of pocket for essentials. Plus, they’re usually long enough to really showcase great fabric.
