I make handmade gifts whenever possible, I also really like to receive them :)

A great gift to give a quilter is a gift voucher to their favourite shop. It is so nice to go shopping without opening your own purse. You can then splurge a little. It is also lovely to make them a special gift.

For my quilting friends I make them a quilt block roll – which stores their finished quilt blocks or a small needlework case which holds their small items like marking pens, box of pins, small scissors, spool of thread and has a pincushion built in.

  47. Sandy Feldman says:

Love making holiday gifts, the quilted kind or from my kitchen.
