Construction
Note: Stitch all seams right sides together, using a 1/2" seam allowance.

Stitch each front panel to its corresponding back panel, leaving an opening in the upper edge seam for turning.
Turn the panels right side out. Press under the opening seam allowances and topstitch each panel close to the upper edge.
Assemble the curtain rod and adjust it to the desired width. Temporarily tape the rod halves together to prevent shifting as you work.


With the rod on a flat surface, position the half panels and matching full panel upper edges on the rod, overlapping the side edges and positioning the upper edges slightly above the rod. Measure 1 1/2" from the panel upper edges and mark 1 1/2"-long vertical buttonholes as shown .	Position panels on rod; mark buttonholes.


Position the two coordinating full panels on top of the panels positioned on the rod, aligning the outer edges with the panels beneath and overlapping the center edges. Mark corresponding buttonholes on the upper panels .	Position upper panels; mark buttonholes.

Stitch the buttonholes and cut open.
Reposition the panels on the rod. Use a permanent marker to mark each knob position through the buttonholes. Remove the panels and follow the epoxy manufacturer's instructions to adhere the knobs to the rod. Let the epoxy dry 24 hours, then attach the panels to the knobs. Note: If the knobs don't adhere well to a metal curtain rod, drill holes through the rod and attach the knobs with screws.
