Witches Costume Entry by Deborah Karyakose

These are my two witches, Rachel (blue) and Hannah (purple). I followed the pattern, making some changes like a one piece back on the dress instead of two. This was my first time sewing with tissue lame. I ironed a fusible lightweight knit interfacing around all the raw edges. No problems.

• Pattern: McCalls 3781
• Fabric: Tissue Lame for dresses, 60" wide woven satiny polyester for capes (as cheap as I could find because there was a lot of yardage in those capes!)
