Clown Costume Entry by Laurie Panariello

I used McCall's pattern #8870, and made the costume with a zany cotton print and contrasting solid yellow broad cloth. I replaced the suggested button closure with hooks and eyes, and lined the hat with fusible fleece, which made it stiff enough to stand up and soft enough to be comfortable.
