I want to add beaded trim to a pillow project. How do I cut the trim so the beads don't keep falling off at the ends?

You'll need to anchor the bead thread at the cut. Allow about 1 ½" of fringe past the desired cutting point. Cut off the lowest bead on the trim at this position and remove the beads back to the point where you want the trim to end (1).

Thread a needle with the bead thread and anchor it to the header above the last bead with a series of tiny backstitches. Cut the header.

For the unused bead trim, simply tape the bead thread to the header to secure the beads (2).
