Making Connections

By Janet Klaer

Where can I order NYLON ORGANZA in a range of colors for making dimensional machine-embroidery flowers?
Katherine P.

Nylon organza in 30 sparkle colors and 10 iridescent colors is available from Ghee's. This sheer 45"-wide fabric has a reflective appearance and is used as the base for machine-embroidered floral projects. The fabric is sold by the yard and in fat-quarter color groupings. The company also stocks embroidery disks designed by Linda McGehee. Use these multi-format disks to create realistic-looking flowers using 3-D embroidery. For more information, visit ghees.com, or call (318) 226-1701.
