Making Connections

By Janet Klaer

I've been searching for a pattern called THE TRAVEL SKIRT. Can you help me locate it?
Anne S.

The Travel Skirt by Kathryn Brenne is a slimming silhouette designed to be made from light– to medium weight fabric. This multisize pattern has 12 top stitched panels that create a pleated look, an eight–button front closure, and a drawstring self–fabric belt that is threaded through button holes at the waist. When not being worn, the skirt folds accordion–style onto the belt and can be rolled for packing. For more information, visit finesewing.com.To order the pattern, send $14 postpaid (Canada residents, $14.84; Ontario residents, $15.96) to Kathryn Brenne, Dept. SN, 50 Hazeleton Lane, RR#1, Box 1, North Bay, ON P1B 8G2 Canada.

From the June/July 2008 issue of Sew News magazine.
