Clare Coat Sew Along

Clare Coat Sew Along

The Pattern

The Clare Coat is a great introduction to tailoring without sacrificing on style, and the A-line silhouette and raglan sleeves make it easy to fit. This lined coat boasts some unique design features, like an asymmetrical exposed zipper and collar options. The design easily goes from casual to evening based on your fabric choice. The recommended fabrics include medium to heavyweight coating fabrics (felt, tweed and boiled wool) for a cold-weather coat and bottomweight fabrics (denim, twill and canvas) for a lightweight spring or fall jacket.
