    I have made 4 Beanbag chairs, 6 pairs of sheep ears and about 20 shepherd outfits. I have also made 4 advent calendars with 25 embroidered figures that can be moved from the calendar to the stable scene.

    I made ornaments, table runners, wood burned kitchen utensils, felt games (for the little ones), appliqued pillow cases, monogrammed sketch books, monogrammed napkins (made with vintage fabric) mixed media artwork, and crochet hats with coordinating scarves. This year, unless I married was to or gave birth to~ you received a handmade gift. and to be honest.. my children received some handmade too.

    I’m making nice warm flannel pajamas, well, actually a nightgown and long pajama bottoms for a family member who actually wanted homemade sleepwear. I’ll probably finish up some unfinished sewing projects too.

    I am making sets of table runners-one for each season, plus a Christmas and Easter on for each of my sisters. My grandkids are getting fleece hood/scarfs for the girls, and boys are getting hoods/neck gaiters in camo fleece. Plus mittens for all.

    I’m making PJs for my husband , denim pillow covers, a coat for my dobe & still working on a quilt I started ages ago!

    I am making my daughters first stocking and well my first handmade one. I also made a quilt for here that all i need to do is bind. I have been working on this quilt since before she was born.

    I’m made pillowcases, a robe and bag and embroidered tea towels. The funnest thing I made was felt candy garland from a pattern on etsy.

  14. I have made twenty two pairs of pj pants (yes I can make them in my sleep and with my eyes closed)! I have made three E reader covers, a Christmas banner, two jersey knit tops and leggings, and am now in the process of making those snowflake coasters from Creative Machine Embroidery magazine.

    I ordered Tim Kaufman Grinch fabric and made my daughter and her fiance Christmas Stockings featuring the Grinch and colored bells. As I was sewing a neighbor stopped by and told me about 3 children whose parents are struggling so I am making three more but these will be Rudolph themed as that was the only child oriented fabric I could find locally. I will be filling them up too. I will also be making some for my best friends children.

    Every gift given this year was handmade!!! I’m so proud of myself! Mug rugs, pot holders, quilted magnets, notepad covers, wallets, makeup bags, grocery bags, keychains and table toppers :)

    I started a quilt, made from my now 10yr old son’s toddler denim clothing and our old jeans, when he was young. It was supposed to be for my husband, but the project languished for years. This summer I pulled it back out and pieced it, and within a month, my husband left. We are divorcing, but I’m finishing it for our son to give to his Dad.
