    Your program makes projects look simple to do and are explained very well.
    I would like to see some basic alterations that can be done to ready made clothing.
    Such as adding more room in the crotch and under arms.

    shifts depending on length and fabric it can be pajamas or a lounge dress or pool coverup. I live where the heat is intense and less confining clothing is better.

    I started quilting 10 years ago but recently started learning how to read clothing patterns from my mom so I’ve been trying all kinds of things! So far I’m finding that I love to sew pretty little girl clothes…even though I have three boys!

    The biggest majority of my sewing is children’s pj’s. Easy to make, the kids love them, and I can always mix/match sleeves, etc. if I’m short on fabric, Even started making PJ’s for my niece’s children when I’m sewing for my grands. Make lots of small projects for gifts and church bazaar’s too.

    I sew skirts, mainly because they are easy and quick. You don’t need a pattern for straight ones. I also love making purses.

    I enjoy sewing purses and wallets because there are so many variations you can do to customize these to fit your needs. I also enjoy making simple ren faire clothing such as skirts, bloomers and chemises.

    PJ pants for my family. They are fast,easy, comfy and much appreciated! I have done that since my kids were young and now in their teens they still ask me to make them more. I <3 pj's! ;-)

    I love making my daughter and niece reversible circle skirts, I just finished making them barbie skirts with flowers on the reverse to go back to kindergarten. I’ve also been busy making snack bags!

    I have 2 granddaughters so making outfits for them. I try to make something that is more unique than you would find in the basic department stores. Now that I have serger, the creativity flows as my options are so much greater. I record and watch Nancy every time she is on and this jacket is my style. I will have to give it a try and do something for myself for a change.

    Wrap skirts are my passion right now with retro dress patterns following close. I was excited to see the wrap pants because just the other day I was telling my daughter about them. She had never seen anything like them! Can’t wait ti show her! Our next project!!!!!

  34. I have been sewing most of my life and have made everything imaginable, but I like to make pajama bottoms with a matching pillowcase according to the person’s personality, made out of satin to flannel and cotton, anything soft, even microfiber.

    Since it’s summer, I’ve been making lots of tank tops. My next project for fall is a jacket, so winning the Cape Cod pattern would be perfect.

    Most often I make embroidered kitchen towels and embroidered quilts. What I enjoy most is making things for my four children. Sewing is one of the ways I relax when not working as a nurse.

    I use the patterns I used for my kids to make clothing for grandchildren, and make most of what I wear to work. Accessories are created from leftovers, whether they be hats or handbags.

    I am trying my hand at children’s clothes & trying to gear up for the winter by making some pajama bottoms for my 11 & 9 year old. I am also anxious to try out a new swing top pattern for my 2 young daughters. :)
