We have a pbs station that still thinks people that sew aren’t worthy of their attention. Many of the sewing groups have called to request shows and are told that sewers don’t donate to the station. Something I was surprised about because many of my friends that sew were members of the station and we even helped answer phones during their fund raisers. Thank goodness for the internet at least we can pick up these shows on their web sites.
